Shipping Policy:

  • Production Time: As each Caratage garment is meticulously crafted to order, we standardly process and prepare your items for shipment from the United States within one week. The maximum processing time for any standard order is 3 weeks.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
  • International Shipping: Caratage is pleased to serve an international clientele. Shipping fees and delivery times for orders outside the United States vary by destination. All applicable taxes, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, please reach out to us at team@catage.co with any questions.
  • Tracking Your Order: Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Returns Policy:

  • Return Window: We are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  • Exchanges: At this time, we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For an exchange, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
