- International Shipping: Caratage is pleased to serve an international clientele. Shipping fees and delivery times for orders outside the United States vary by destination. - Tracking Your Order: Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your order.
Returns Policy:
- Return Window: We are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
